OUR STORY

Nestled in the beautiful foothills
of the Blue Ridge Mountains,
Lynchstock Music Festival is celebrating
five years of music!

We are excited to announce that Lynchstock Music Festival is celebrating six years of music and is moving to Riverfront Park in Downtown Lynchburg on October 20, 2018!

Our story

In 2013, 200 people attended the inaugural Lynchstock, which hosted 4 bands on a wooden-pallet stage. In 2014, our festival grew to three stages, 15 bands, and nearly 1,000 attendees. In 2015, we moved to The Yard at Benjamin's Restaurant and included 30 acts and 2,000 attendees. In 2016, over 3,000 people joined us at Benjamin's Restaurant, signaling it was time for us to move back into the city for 2017 and again for 2018.
